                                                       We practice what we call PRODUCTIVE TIME, and it is the concept that sometimes even though we have knowledge of the equipment and how it works

                                                       it may take more time to find out what is the cause of the failure, but at the end it is found out that it was not necessary to spend that long amount of time

                                                       troubleshooting and the failure was more obvious, in that case  we only charge for what we call PRODUCTIVE TIME, which is truly the time spent in finding

                                                        the real  cause of the failure.
